There is no cost for this, but REQUIRED if you are new to Rasta Fit Personal Training. Most of the time done by phone. We get to know a little about each other, discuss your goals and I can let you know about myself. Great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.

SINGLE SESSION

30 minutes @ $45.00

When you only want/need a one session.

Single Personal Training session

1 hour @ $60.00

When you only want one session or would prefer to pay for sessions individually

Tripod- 30 MINUTES /3 personal training sessions

30 minutes @ $70.00

If you're not able to do a full month, you can do 3 sessions; they can be in the same week or you can spread them out how you see fit (i.e. once per week)

Tripod- 1 HOUR /3 personal training sessions

1 hour @ $110.00

MONTHLY-1 HOUR

1 hour @ $220.00

Pay for the month in full and scheduling as often as you'd like. There is no limit.

MONTHLY-30 MINUTES

30 minutes @ $130.00

You can pay for the full month and schedule as often as you would like. There is no limit.

Youth Training (Ages 6-11 years) -SINGLE

30 minutes @ $30.00

Youth Training (Ages 6-11 years) -MONTHLY

30 minutes @ $85.00

One on one circuit training. Only available in 30 minute sessions.
